• Affiliated colleges
• Autonomous colleges
• Government colleges

Affiliated colleges:

Those colleges which are established initially they require support from university. Exams time table, exam paper ,rules and regulations are to followed as per university

Can also join through management quota,where fees is higher

Autonomous colleges:

Those colleges which are established initially as affiliate colleges and they require support from university.for every 5 years NAAC accreditation will asses college and if consecutively they get good accreditation, they can apply for autonomous status. Once autonomous,it is independent and works as per their own rules

facilities/infrastructure :good

education quality: good

Can also join through management quota,where fees is higher

Government colleges:

Those colleges which are run by government authorities.They also support affiliated colleges. Exams time table, exam paper ,rules and regulations are set by their own also they are followed by affiliated colleges

fees:  nominal

facilities: moderate

education quality: good

you can't join through management quota.
