above data was students applied with out late fees.if we consider late fees,then number of students will further increase.

why more students applied for TS EAMCET-2021 this year?

it is due to following few reasons 

1. In telangana,due to covid pandemic state did not conducted Intermediate public examinations(IPE-2021) and passed all those who paid examination fees. As no one failed all applied for TS EAMCET 2021.
2. In Whole country, covid pandemic spread brutally due to which NTA also postponed JEE MAINS 2021. students were in tension that they will get seat in NIT,IIT as a safe side those who are willing to join IIT or NIT and capable also applied for this TS EAMCET-2021

TS EAMCET 2021 NORMALIZATION OF MARKS IN ALL SHIFTS QUESTION PAPER: 

TS EAMCET-2021 was conducted in multiple sessions but 

(1) same syllabus, 

(2)same pattern 

(3) same eligibility criteria. 

Each student will be eligible to appear only in one session. And the question paper is different for each shift, So there is a possibility that the candidates may compare themselves about the variation in the difficulty levels of question paper of the same subject. 

However, it may be noted that ts eamcet paper setters takes care, so that all the subjects are of the same standard. But still to give equal opportunity, it is decided to adopt a normalization process.

it aims to eliminate any such variations in the difficulty levels of various sessions. The main aim of the Normalization is to ensure that no student gets advantage/disadvantage due to multiple sessions. 

due to The normalization process, score will bring all the candidates across all sessions on a comparative scale. 

who's marks will increase and whose marks will decrease in normalization process?

Due to this process, the marks of the easy session may be reduced marginally and marks of hard session may increase marginally on the global scale. This depends exactly on the average performance in each session. 

By How many marks will increase or decrease in normalization process of eamcet ?

Since care is taken to prepare papers of equal difficulty, these changes are expected to be very marginal. Normalized marks justify the candidates while respecting their actual performance. 

Is it followed only in EAMCET or anyone else also?

the following normalization procedure is adopted which is being followed by other competitive Examinations in India to avoid advantage/disadvantage to candidates in a particular session compared to the other sessions.
