As per the official announcement made by NTRUHS registrar Dr K shanker confirmed that they are going to get NEET all India ranks from NTA by 22 NOVEMBER 2021 (Monday) night and on 

On 23rd November 2021 at 12:00 noon Ap Neet state ranks will be released.
